Does anyone know the standard size of a pool table?

I want to get on but trying to see if it will fit in the room where I will be putting it.

Here's another one. Most tournaments are played on a 9' Table but can be played on any table as long as it is twice as long as it is wide.

Bar tables are usually smaller than standard tables. A standard table is 4' x 8'. Make sure you have plenty of room around it for shooting. I would recommend a minimum of 5' all the way around it. Even that is close.
