pain in my stomach?

i been havin this sharp pain in my stomach (beside my belly botten on the left had side ) it hurt like two days ago in my drill team class after doing leaps on the floor an now it hurts when i move around in bed like when i get on my side ,but its a very small pain
well i just want to know what it might be
please help

Gas can sometimes cause the pain that you are describing but I would recommend checking with your doctor as well to see what they say.
