My fiance, whom I was with for 4 years broke up with me in June. Needless to say, I was madly in love with her and completely devastated from the breakup, I was not expecting it at all. We tried to stay friends during the summer, but she got EXTREMELY UNCOMFORTABLE. She told me not to contact her, and that she would contact me when she was ready to talk. Three and a half months have gone by since I had heard from her at all. Recently I have been receiving calls or text messages from her in the middle of the night either sobbing or just wanting to chat with me saying that she misses me. Even during the day I get text messages that are actually lengthy and very friendly as compared to her one-word texts that I received during the summer, I spoke to her on the phone last night and she seemed like her old slef, she was laughing and very friendly, and told me to call her this weekend . I REALLY MISS HER, , do you think she wants to starting reconcile?. How Do I handle this?

Your EX should stay your EX.

Sure you miss her - you were a couple for 4 years. BUT she left you.

Tell her nicely and politely that you don't feel comfortable getting together for any reason after the way she really hurt you before.

Then don't return calls, texts, emails etc. Just tell her to move on - just as you're trying to do.

Then I suggest you move on. There are plenty of other, nicer, more steady gals out there who deserve a nice guy like you.

Your EX is in the past. The past is dead. Let it remain dead.
