Is it better to inject liquid into the bird or no ? or would it still come out juicy ?

We use a creole butter injection....yummy.

Injecting it adds flavor, not juice.

The key to a juicy turkey is to let it rest at least a 1/2 hour after you take it out of the fryer before you cut into it.

I have always injected a mixture of butter and garlic in my deep fried birds....remember to cook for 3 minutes a pound no more otherwise you get turkey jerkey

Injection will only make it splatter hot grease
