I decided to cook 2 turkeys instead of 1. 1 turkey is 11.37 lbs and 1 @ 13.37 lbs, bout 25 lbs total, how long do I have to cook them? Both will be stuffed. They will only fit in my conventional oven side by side on 1 rack. Anyone ever done this and have them come out perfect?

I am also doing two turkeys at once. Both stuffed, both 13 lbs, in oven bags. I also do not know how much time, but was told that the thickness of the meat is what counts. so a 26 lb turkey would take alot longer than a 13 lb or two 13 lb turkeys. If you bake cookies or broil a steak, it isn't the amount of cookies or steak so, I am going to assume that two 13 lb turkeys would take the same time .
(maybe a fraction more than one 13 lb turkey.) I would like to know for sure though.

Stuffing creates longer cooking time, two in the oven at the same time will defiantly give you added time. I use a thermometer when I cook my turkeys, so I can't give you the time on them. I start with a high heat, then lower the heat. your 11 pound you could get out in 2 - 2 1/2 hours of cooking. If that long, depending on your oven , maybe 1 hour 45 mins. Could you possibly fry one up, or smoke one on the grill, and then bake the other? Temps though try for 161- 165 for your breast meat, legs should be about 180, stuffing should be 165 temp range.

13.5 = 3 hours 45 minuts.

Take off foil or cover 1 hour before done to brown.
