It's an operation out of NY, NY. I think it was 5th Avenue, but not sure. Children write to Santa and the charity sends the letters on to people who offer to fill the needs of the children. What's the name of it? I've looked all over the web. Thank you!

if you have a local community action program out there those people can usually point you in the right direction because their involved with the needy population 24/7 and other agencies of that sort.
Make a wish people- or even your local chamber of commerce. As far as knowing exacting what the agency is by name I can't help you- however maybe those will help you find what you want. good luck
