Why do people doubt when some one is praised?

I asked questions through YAHOO my question suggested that a particular shop is good. The answer I got was that I was promoting that shop which was never my untention

I don't think we praise people and worthy businesses enough. I work as an inside salesman with an Industrial Distributor. I run into so many unfriendly people on the telephone, that when I find someone that is unusually friendly or kind, I like to send a note to their boss and tell them how much I appreciate their kindness.
