If god is all -powerful,why does he need to work in mysterious ways?

Well He likes to make sure only 1/3 of the World believes in hiim at best (Christianity being the largest of religions, assuming God is Christian 1/3 is the best He can do, all other gods have even less).
Then He sends the other 2/3 for not believing in Him.
If he wasn't mysterious, less ppl would go to hell and where's the fun of that??

He doesn't "need" to do anything. But if He exists, one could ask why he chooses to hide and then get all huffy when people don't believe in Him.

'mysterious ways' - they are 'mysterious' for us because the human mind is way too simple to understand the true nature of the way God works. it is due to the deficiency of the human understanding that makes it "mysterious".
