catching a mouse peanut butter or cheese? I'm FREAKING OUT...?

Peanut butter is better. Last time I used it I caught the mouse within minutes. If you have more than one mouse and are using the traps that kill mice, discard the trap after killing the mouse and load up a new one as the blood on the old trap will counteract the peanut butter. I always use the humane traps and then let the mice loose in the woods far away from the house.

Cheese or Peanut butter would not work but the mouse could eat it and get a stomach-ache from it. You should try mice treats or mice food. And put a bucket with a small plank leaning on it so that the mouse can get in but not out. Leave food and treats inside the bucket.

Peanut butter and some dried rollaed oats work well. Don't set just one trap set multiple traps up in the same location . We have just been through this and have taken a whole family out of 30 mice total.

Mice have a sweet tooth. Peanut butter should work better than cheese. The most effective thing i've found is Chocolate spread..

mice really dont care WHAT they eat - bate a glue trap with just about anything, peanut butter, cheese, a few nibbles of cat or dog kibble, bird seed, bread. put it along the long walls of your place or on the counter top. youll catch him soon. dont worry
