its my birthday today - im 16. But i have a bug and so aren't in the mood - but i reli wanna get excitied. What can i do???

Oh, he's clearly just asking this in the dream interpretation section because he's dreamed about turning 16 for... er... 16 years. It's understandable.
Happy birthday! And have a few extras for the next few years, too. As for the bug - ahh, sorry you don't feel well. Eat some chicken soup and have some cake, save the party for when you feel well and can actually enjoy it, and then have a blast. It's not the day of the party that matters, so much as the sentiment behind it.
