i was wondering which one was better and has more features. I don't want people who think it is actually the full software to answer. It is just html pages and Flash content that are run in your browser that works offline. so yes, you can have vista or xp on your psp without homebrew, and it is completely legal.

I don't really like PSP Portals but I think the best so far is the ifind portal.

in case you will get the two one to run on a PSP you will make the suggestion a ineffective ringer for that teenager that hacked the iPhone. i might desire to take XP because of the fact it could run quicker. Edit: advantageous academic hyperlinks. marvelous stuff! LOL. :)
