First make sure your computer has a bluetooth interface.
If needed, You can buy USB-based bluetooth interfaces for about $10-15 or just buy the appropriate USB cable for your phone.

a) Turn on Blutooth on your phone and allow other devices to find it.
b) Make sure the PC and the phone are connected - the first time you do it you may need to establish the connection using a key you chose (read the phone manual)
c) Use the Bluetooth PC application to transfer the ringtone file from the PC to the phone.
d) Go to the sound files on your phone and set that new file as a ringtone.
You are done. It is easier than it looks.
