I could be very wrong here but....... I think she means that she thinks you are a very nice looking guy, with a pretty smile.

exactly what she said. ur good lookin and have a nice smile. but dont get ur hopes up. some times girls can be congenial. just bc they say stuff like that doesnt mean they like you. i tell aot of people i think they are good lookin or have pretty eyes or smile but im not interested in them that way. but you never know. she may like you. why dont u ask her :)

It means she likes you and finds you attractive.
How about speaking with her in person. Smile your pretty smile and ask her to coffee after class.
Ask her about her interests, the things she likes to do, the music she likes to listen to. Pay attention - see if you two have things in common.
This could go somewhere if you take it slowly.
And even if it doesn't, you have at least made a good friend - someone you can pal around with.
