These are Latin.

Te diligere = To hold you dear, to favor you (infinitive; does NOT equate to 'to love' in English.)

Noli timere = Do not fear (singular command)

Ego sum tecum = I am with you. (Not written in typical Latin style. Normally would be 'Tecum sum'; the 'ego' is understood by use of 'sum'. 'Tecum' is one word.)

Tu es amicus tou = You are ('the' or 'a') friend (male) ??? This one is garbled. 'Tou' is not a Latin word. 'Tuo' is a word - another form of 'you', but it doesn't make sense in using it in the way that form means.
