Homemade vegetable soup is the best. Served hot with lots of crusty bread on a winter afternoon...mmmm

Stuffed Spud soup is my favorite, but it's a heart attack in a bowl with all the fat so I only make it once or twice a year.

I also love navy bean soup with ham hocks, New England clam chowder, oyster stew, and vegetable soup with a tomato base.

My own Pumpkin, Potato and Leek soup with a dollop of cream and some pepper to finish it off!

Tomato soup is delicious and definately my favourite with a large piece of crusty warm bread and lots of butter!
