Baking question?

Hey everyone, I realize it is early to be baking but I am trying to help my mom with Thanksgiving and am Baking some coconut bread for her. The recipe recquires 2 loaf pans but do you think it would affect the bread if I use glass pans?

DEFINITELY NOT, Iwould make sure to extra grease the pans though and reduce your oven heat by 25 degrees..... the glass is actually better......

No, you may want to reduce the oven temp by 25 degrees, though.
