Why does it seem that all Church orginizations have a center core of people seem that like a click.

You can't get into the core groop. They complain they have to much work but won't let you help.

maybe its because most dont desire to serve and a few have to. try helping or starting new ministries

All organizations should have a core group like this. Without the core group, an organization can never grow. Of course, over time, the core group must expand, and be open to expansion. Either there is a group, or an individual at the healm. If there is an individual with no core group, that person is an island and will never be effective in growing the organization.

There are workaholics everywhere. Every Church I've ever belonged to has a core group the pastor absolutely depends on because these people are the ones that show up (80% of success in life) and are teh ones he can count on to show up again. The group is easy to join but it takles hard work and dedication (you have to be willing to miss a few new episodes of Grey's Anatomy...)

As social scienctists agree, religion is is all made up for a way to control the masses. IT IS all clickish. The greedy follow the money wether its tithes or robbery. Religion is a preying tool devised by ancient civilations to hoard and control the wealth and power they had in those times.
