Well, if he is in love with you and you know about it, I think there is need for you to make a rational assessment of your feelings for him instead of taking his love for granted.
There is no need for you to make it an issue just because he is your driver. He is a man with feelings like any other and as such, you need to see and assess his feelings as any other man.
I suggest you undress him his driver’s uniform and all that puts a lower mark on him and dress him elegantly to the level you desire, and you may see a very different picture of him.
It is funny that people look beyond the people who love and hold them dear only to end up being hurt, disappointed and abused by the ones they endear themselves to.
Just think about it. You could be having the love of your life just sitting next to you. It has happened in the past and it can happen for you too.

Relax and stand your ground. The more you freak out the more insecure you seem. Be sure of yourself. IF it's true, make sure you don't lead him on or do anything stupid to put yourself in a dangerous situation.
Tell another adult about it and stay safe at all times. If you don't like him, don't go near him and don't talk to him. If you don't trust him, don't let him drive you. You have the right to all these decisions.

You said you hate him and that he is crossing his limits. Tell that to your dad and your dad will fire him OR make up your mind whether what you stated in your question is to be taken in the literal sense of sarcastically!

Be serious and ask you dad to fire him. Tell him he has to chose between his daughter and his driver. Tell him that his driver should be driving his car not his emotions!

Okay so he likes you and you hate him? Do you hate the fact that he likes you or the fact that you might actually like him back? Whatever the reason, don't waste your emotions on stupid things, rather straighten it out with him and if you don't like him, pls tell him b4 it gets out of hand.

It depends how you response or your reply. Love is something diffnt to feel. Simple....if you cannot tolerate his love just tell him directly not to propose or gawk you in future. If he remains same and if you feel it awe (not awesome!!!) then just notice him not to drive the car.
But if you love him or feel to love him you can go......whethere he is a driver....or not.
