what does it feel like getting the brackets of braces off im really scared does it hurt be honest????

Nope, not at all. They open your mouth up with that plastic thing (at least they did for me) and they come off easily. Then they clean your teeth....... FUN STUFF!

It's really not that bad. They just apply pressure to the bracket (not your tooth) with that clamp thing and they sort of pop right off. The wierdest part is how slimy your teeth feel after. It's just because you're not used to the smoothness. You're going to love it! Enjoy some caramel corn, gum, and candy apples!

They come off very easily. Much easier than you may think.
