Matthew was one of the twelve apostles.
Mark was the companion of Peter, and probably also knew Jesus personally.
John was the "beloved disciple", probably Jesus' closest personal friend.
Luke obtained all of his information directly from first hand witnesses. (Luke 1:1-4)

Probably none.
Mark is the oldest gospel in the bible and was a friend of Paul. However it is not clear whether Mark is a witness to Jesus missionary or not. Mark died in Egypt.
The gospel of Matthew was written for Jews that converted to christianity.
The gospel fo Luke was written for Gentiles and in the Act and in Pauls Letters there is general acknowledgement that they knew each other.
Paul is the most likely to have met Jesus. He acknowledges in his letter to the Glanthians that while he violently persecuted the church of God, God revealed "his son to me".
But this event would have taken place after Jesus's death and resurrection.
John would have been the most likely to have not met jesus because scholars believe that at the time of the gospels' writting christians were being persecuted by the Roman authorities. John places more emphasis on Jesus death and resurrection then the other gospels.

Matthew and John were two of Jesus' apostles.
Luke was a physician who was a very close friend of the apostle Paul and therefore had access to all the apostles' stories. Of all the New Testament writers, he is the only one who was likely not Jewish.
John Mark was one of the apostle Peter's closest followers, and served as his scribe--his Gospel is a collection of stories he heard directly from Peter.

Matthew and John were personally chosen by Jesus to be his followers.
Mark saw Jesus. He was not one of the twelve apostles, nor does he even appear to have been one of the seventy evangelists. It is quite likely that he is the “certain young man” who the account says began to follow Jesus nearby, and whom those arresting Jesus tried to seize, but who “left his linen garment behind and got away naked.” (Mark 14:51, 52) Without doubt he is the John Mark repeatedly mentioned in the book of Acts.
Luke did not speak of himself as an eyewitness of the events in the life of Christ that are recorded in his Gospel account. (Lu 1:2) So, he apparently became a believer sometime after Pentecost of 33Â C.E.

I know that Luke didn't, and I know that Matthew and John did. I'm not sure about Mark, though, but I don't think he did.

It's possible they all did.
Matthew and John for certain did, and knew Him personally.
Luke may have. Since he was Paul's physician, he traveled with Paul, and Paul was probably in Jerusalem around the time of Jesus' crucifixion, they may have BOTH seen Jesus.
As for Mark...well, he was Peter's secretary. And some have speculated that Mark inserted himself as the young man in Mark 14 that had his garment torn off of him.

I marvel that ye are so soon removed from him that called you into the grace of Christ , unto another gospel
which is not another , but there are some that trouble you and would pervert the gospel of Christ
But though we , or an angel from Heaven preach any other gospel , let him be accursed
