I'm 20 and recently lost my virginity to my BF. The first time we did it, it hurt but it was fine. Second time we did it, it hurt like hell and felt like I had to pee. The third time, I just felt a constant need to pee. I always pee before sex, and right when he penetrates, I have an urge!! It's sooo annoying because I just can't enjoy it! It's uncomfortable. I have to tell him to stop every 5 minutes. It's not a UTI because I don't have any of those symptoms. Oral sex used to feel great but now everytime he puts his fingers in, I have an urge to pee!!! First off, check with your doctor. They will be able to possibly clear things up. However, it is possible that you could be coming close to having a female ejaculation. It is accompanied by an urge to urinate, although thats not what happens. Usually it is during an orgasm, but I am not sure if it can happen at other times.

He is most likely pressing against your bladder, I think if he is your first and you guys are still new to sex with one another, you may take some time to (I don't know how to put this any other way than a pun, sorry!) loosen up. If you are a small girl down there and he is kind of big, then him pressing on your bladder could be the culprit. Why not schedule a gyno appointment, or ask your obgyn at your next check up.

When you have sex you need to relax your muscles and release all tension from your sexual regions. This will stop the sensation of wanting to pee. Who knows, maybe if you just urinate on your bf then he might like it. Some people do think that is kind of sexy. On the other hand it might not be pee. It might be the way that your vagina lubricates itself.

If you're planning to have sex, don't drink too much water HALF AN HOUR BEFORE. Try to think of what you're doing, and focus on your boyfriend instead of the toilet. Good Luck :)
