Been there, my friend.
Have you guys actually met in person. Is there a way you can get down there and see her? That might give you a new perspective on things.
I had a friend who met a girl online. I think she was in Thailand or somewhere over there. Went over to visit her. She didn't know English well, so they had to plan out conversations.
Anyway, he was there for a week. Asked her to marry him on day 4.
She now lives in the US and they're very happy.
So know that it can happen, if you want it to. But college will give you some new perspectives. Might want to wait and get there before many any decisions.

Well, sounds like you might have to take out a student loan and get a plane ticket to either go where she is for a visit, or go there to live. OR she could come to where you are as an exchagne student (is this possible?)
The last resort is you guys will have to say goodbye because this distance is jsut too much if you can't make time to be together. Part of the fun of a good relationship is getting to know each other better, spending time together and physcially being with each other. If there is never an opportunity for you to enjoyo each other in this way, you might have to consider benig friends rather than in a relationship.

You are never poor if you have love.
Stay in contact with her... let her know you cherish her.
Behave as if the two of you were in the same place. That is do not cheat, do not even entertain the thought of going out on her.
Letters are always good.
Save, save, save your money and make arrangements to see one another as often as possible. Then plan to make a permanent change when you decide to get married.
Put Christ first in your relationship and if she is one He has chosen for you, then He will guide you in how to keep the love intact and everlasting.

dont do anything harsh...i was in a ldr...broke it off a week ago...college and work was too tough for me...couldnt take it..plus my bf was telling me to go visit him in california...and just thinking about plane tickets and where i'll stay and everything made everything else so much more complicated...finish college...and then go find her...good luck

concentarte on college ...i mean both of you...get decent jobs and THEN go see her ....if you truely love her this is what you should do ....you'll be able to do so much more for her then ..good luck
