i feel like cutting myself right now i dunno wat to do im relli freaked out. what can i do!!!!!!!

Go round a friends house, go spend some time with someone. If you can bring yourself to tell them how you feel then all the better, but just being around people will hopefully prevent you from cutting yourself.

Go see a counsellor (at school?) or your GP.

Self-harm is a way of dealing with very strong emotions. For some people it gives the relief that crying may provide for the rest of us. Some self-harming people feel so angry and aggressive they can't control their emotions. They become afraid that they may hurt someone, so they turn their aggression inwards to get relief. If you self-harm as a way of coping with stressful or difficult feelings, such as anger, frustration or worthlessness, the important thing to realise is that you're not alone. Many people do this and come through it. There is help out there.

Stop and try to work out what would have to change to make you no longer feel like hurting yourself
Count down from ten (nine, eight, seven)
Point out five things, one for each sense, in your surroundings to bring your attention on to the present
Breathe slowly - in through the nose and out through the mouth

Find a psychologist...preferably referred by your family doctor...and seek treatment immediately. I have two good friends who used to cut themselves. One is a lawyer...the other is a nurse. They no longer do so. They sought help...and followed through with the help. Be careful with the online 'self harm' forums. Sometimes reading about testimonials of women who still harm themselves can trigger an episode.
That said there are wonderful online forums that do not glorify cutting. Please seek help before joining those forums. These forums work best in addition to group therapy...not instead of it.
Somewhere in your area you will find a good group therapy with women who do not want to harm themselves anymore.
You are not alone...and there is help.

hi wonderful.. what is that that makes you do it.. not that the whole galaxy crashed because of you or something .. it can mostly be small speck of change that you could have brought in the world ... that you are thinking is wrong .. and so want to cut yourself. i am telling you .. all that happened till now was for good and things are going to look better from now. so you give up the idea , cos , you are too precious a soul for the world to lose. want to hear from you... rajeby_123@yahoomail.com

If you stick your felt to a base board (artists canvas boards work well), then 'rough up' the felt backing- a small wire brush works really well used lightly brush in one direction, then another etc- dont scrub back and forth- this will provide the 'key' so any felt will stick to it (including homemade if you want to be a bit adventurous!)

First things first, Stop Thinking, just get your fave movie and take a break,
Find reasons to be happy and not sad, life itself is a reason to celebrate
like cutting yourself would help..??

Eat sunflowers seeds very rapidly...(and no heroin...no no no no no no no no....)

That's what I do when I'm in that situation...

Those cuts are a terrible idea...and in the future...will leave ugly looking scars that I know you won't want...

Okay?

Get a bag of sunflower seeds and start cracking and chomping away...much better and keeps your mind occupied...

Please don't cut yourself...

what ive learned to do is instead of cutting, get a rubberband and wear it like a bracelet and whenever you feel like you want to cut pull the rubberband back and let go so that it hits your wrist.

Stop doing this right away. It doesn't help anything, as you probably know already. Get a hold of yourself and seek professional help.
