attempted murder for your brother... and accessory to a crime for your mom.

If you think he is truly trying to stab you and not just playing around contact police.
What about your dad? Have you been able to speak to him about this?
If he is playing around let him know it ain't funny. If he isn't you need to get away from him somehow--either to a relative or get him out.
I don't know your ages, but I'm assuming both of you are in your teens. Child protective services is an option--unfortunately they are overloaded most of the time.
Try to get a relative or friend to help you. If your brother is serious about trying to hurt you he needs to be stopped. And you need to be protected--whatever that takes.
I understand your fears. Do what you have to do. Sleep with a parent or another sibling if you have one. Your parents have a duty to get this resolved.

If your Mom won't believe you then I would go to someone that you trust and talk to them! There is no reason that you have to be that scared in your own home! Not to mention how dangerous it is for him to be threatening you. Even if he is only trying to scare you, what would happen if he tripped or something and ended up stabbing you for real or himself? Try telling your Mom that if she don't listen to you then you are going to go and tell somebody that will. Then maybe she would see that you are serious!! I would never not believe my child when they told me something like that!! Good Luck hun!!

If your mom thinks that you are lying. Then you should go to the police. This is very serious. I don't blame you for being scared. But your mom should believe you. Or tell someone that is an adult. You could always call social services also. But do something about it.

I know it would be hard, but maybe you should consult to higher authorities like the police. I myself having a brother know that it would be one of the most difficult decisions in my life, but at least it could save your life.

look the best thing to do is to video tape him at one night, pretend that u are asleep wen he is on roll before stabbing u get out of the bed and call ur mom?!
if he did it once he will do it twice!

Beat tha snot out of him (literally) and lock ur door if it locks. If u think he mite can pick it, put sumthan heavy up against it and keep a bat beside ur bed or in it that he cant c. Then keep a phone so u can call 911 to come pick him up cuz if that was me i would lay him out wit that bat

Keep telling her over and over. Tell someone else close to you. Sleep in room with a lock or go to a relatives house.

there r chances for this kind of things to happen .. i feel its better for you to report this case to the police .. or else .. you stab him with a sword when he is sleeping .. and you run away from your house ...

ok u need to tell ur mom ur serious or move in with a friend. if ur that scared and shes sees it she'll take you serious. lock urself in ur room until u find somewhere to stay. Why does he want to stab you?
