I was recently cought smoking by my dad. he tottally freaked and my computor, cellphone, and i-pod were taken away. My mom said that i would get my cellphone back if i apoligized to her and my dad. it was easy to say sorry to my mom but its gonna be hard to say it to my dad. anytime i want to talk to him i start to cry and he gets angry and ends up yelling at me. How do i say sorry to him?

Tell him you are so sorry, for letting him down and yourself. Let him know you were taught better, and you know you made a huge mistake. Please do not start smoking. It's the most addictive drug available and you will spend your entire life, along with so much misery trying to quit. It never stops being a daily fight not to smoke. I wish I had parents who caught me early and put an immediate stop to it, as I have fought this addiction since I was 13 y.o. Your lungs are healthy and clean, keep them this way. Tell him you understand his concern and thank him for noticing what was going on and stopping you. He will be proud of you. I pray you never pick up another cigarette! Learn from your mistakes, and appreciate your parent, they want you to be a strong healthy adult. Good luck with this!
