If the security guard sues, do you think Nascar will suspend or even worse suspend Kasey forever from Nascar racing? I am a HUGE fan of his and I would hate to see him get kicked out of racing.

NASCAR will investigate into this matter before anything is done.
As for a NASCAR suspention it should not be coming since this was not an act to cause harm to the sport.

All this is still under investigation, he might get a fine.. But this security guy is probably going to try to get some money out of this. But I doubt Nascar will do anything serious like suspending him... Kasey needs to know that you have to have proper credentials for your relatives, my Uncle always has to make sure once I get to the track I go get my credentials as alot of the times his motorhome is in the same lot as the drivers at certain tracks, and let me tell you, they check those credentials big time.... As pit lizzards try every way they can to get into the lots, I've even had people try to pay me to let them in.. I'm sure Nascar will do a major talking to Kasey and he might get a fine...But that will be all.

I doubt Kasey would be suspended, possibly fined, but not suspended.

I am not aware of the specifics, but we have to look at the facts. I've never met Kasey myself, but friends of mine have and they say that he is comprable to my size (5'5" and 110lbs), a stretch, but still he is a little guy. Sure little people are feisty when provoked but still, could have really hurt a security guard? Most security guards at the races in Dover (closest track to me) are huge, at least 6'1" and close to 200lbs. So there are always outliers, but really, tiny Kasey vs. Big Burly rent-a-cop most always ends in a win for the rent-a-cop.

This security guard seems to be out for money and publicity. I hope that he doesn't get a penny.

was the security guard a little girl, or what? Kasey is a little dude, if a security guard can't be alert enough not to get punked by someone as small as Kasey, he's worthless as a security guard. I'ld hate to see the security guards credentials. I bet that security guard has no training or military experience. The security guard probably couldn't even make a good movie theatre usher.

Kasey knocking a security guard over is nothing compared to what we've seen from other drivers. Let's not forget what a temper Tony Stewart can have, and he's still racing!

Kasey's going to be fine. Maybe a fine, but other than that, I doubt anything will happen.

Slap on the wrist just like Kurt Busch. Paid a fine, did a commercial for the local Sheriffs Office and all was forgive. He accused the cop of being a Jeff Gordon fan.

If Kasey Kahne really knocked the security guard down, he must have been an off-duty Wal Mart greeter.
I think someone was just looking for publicity and/or lawsuit.

In my opinion, I think the guard just wants money! I think everything will come out in the open and Kasey will be cleared!! And I don't think he'll get suspended forever. Look at Tony Stewart with the photographer/videographer (can't remember which one). Tony's still racin'.

not gonna happen, for kasey to have done damage to this guy he musta been no bigger than a smurf, if anything its apologies all around, a fine, a payoff to guard and life goes on

don`t worry, same thing happened to Kurt Busch last year.
he paid a small fine, and all was forgotten. what he did had nothin to do with racing, so he wont get suspended either.
