If you've had asthma after 12 you can't get in any military branch. Meps can not check. They will say they can, but they can't. If you lie and get in eventually you will have an asthma attack and die or get kicked out and possibly go to prison for fradulent enlistment. You can not hide **** at basic.

Asthma past age 12 is disqualifying for entry into the armed forces. If you try to "fake it" you will be found out in boot camp and given a discharge for a disqualifying condition which existed prior to entry. All you will have accomplished is to waste a lot of time and money and the energy of people who have better things to do.

If you need an inhaler, you shouldn't lie about it. You will not successfully hide an inhaler through basic.
Also, I'd report that recruiter as well. You could get yourself killed listening to clowns like that.
He's a disgrace really, just for suggesting it.
