my formal is soon, and i have a yellow dress ( like the movie how to lose a guy in 10 days) , its ok because im not fair skinned but i have no idea what shoes to wear? i was thinking black stilettos but i dont want to end up bumble bee like, so i was thinking brown shade colours? like woodish colour brown?
please help, much appreciated

if your dress is all yellow(i don't remember the dress from the movie), and it is silky or shiny then how about silver or golden pair of shoes.

Brown may work, but you might want to go for a slightly more attractive colour-white would be good, as crazy as it may sound. You know, white, strappy, or plain shoes? Or maybe silver. Try matching lots of colours, no matter how crazy the pair may seem, with yellow. You might come up with something really awesome.

Brown shade colour shoe may be suitable but with design on the top portion.
If you are having second thought to wear Grey colour shoe consider the design too.

Hmm...silver is always a cute color to try. Not sure how it would look though. I don't thinkg you'll end up like a "bumble bee" either. I think black might even look cute.

Daylight hours, white with straps. Early evening, a solid deep silver. Or for night/late night, how about a rich, dark, ruby red stiletto? Trust me, it would really, really work for me.

Are you thinking about a jacket or no jacket? If you go with a jacket that contrasts you could have your shoes match your jacket instead of being black or yellow. hope that helps a little

I would think that either a red (not maroon type, but orangy type red sort of like a fire engine) , a gold, or silver shoe would look great.

Hey u look great (in ur pic). Ur clothes don't determine who u are but only u determine wad ur clothes look like, ur idea to wear what U want shows ur personality..don't let other people determine who u are. Just be confident and anything u wear will look great!! (p:s white looks good. just kidding ;) )

Maybe try a white pair, it might look better with a lighter dress.
