i would think that she may be cheating. i mean when she was on a date with someone else and she gave the same excusses when she went on a date with u, then that tells me that something is up. i would be worried and try to figure out how i could get her to confess or maybe talk to the person she went on a date with, see what they might have to say or what happened.

I would be shocked and think to myself,
OH WOW, you're a MORON. You ruined the best thing you were ever going to have, I actually feel sorry for you.
Followed by actually walking up to them and telling the person not to bother calling you again, and tell the other guy/girl to just watch it with them because they obviously don't respect people, then walk out.

I wll not ask her anything abt this if i have trust on her till she is not doing anything wrong may be she is not on date but with any business meeting .
If there is trust she need not to justify

Act cool and ask her about it later. See what she says. Could be her cousin, or casual friend, nothing intimate.
If she concoct some tall tales (I was with my great grandaunt etc), expose her and well, dump her.
