Craps has the best odds of any table gaming, including blackjack. Anyone who tells you blackjack has the lowest house edge doesn't know what they're talking about. Baccarat and mini-baccarat can often have a lower house edge than a blackjack table with unfriendly rules as well (such as 6-5 single deck).

Blackjack has the lowest house edge (at 0.32 - 0.66 % depending on the specific game's rules, and that you're following basic strategy) From there, the least house edge table games are craps (pass/don't pass/come/don't come) and baccarat (banker or player) at less than 1.1% If you stray from those bets, the house edge goes up drastically. I hope this helps you.

Craps has the best odds. Blackjack does have the best odds with favorable rules and card counting. Roulette is one of the worst. Correct strategy is required to get the best odds at any game.

Craps is a decent game, but also - Pai Gow!
Fantastic game with little edge to house or player.

Craps, without a doubt.
Learn the game first though, and be sure you understand it before you play. It is fast and can be complex.
Also there is a "Player Edge" theory and does work.
It is called Calculated Craps.
You can find out more about it here:

Does roulette count as a "table game"? If so, I think that has the best odds. You can always bet 2 rows at a time, and you have more than a 60% chance that you will win one of your bets that pays out 3 to 1. 60% win seems like good odds to me.

Craps ... assuming you limit your bets to "pass line", "don't pass line", "come" and "don't come" bets and you take full odds on the bets.
Even at single odds the house advantage is less than 1%. If 100x odds are available and you bet "don't pass" and "don't come" with full odds you can reduce the house advantage to 0.014%.
The house edge in roulette is 5.26%, so it is not even close to craps.
