I have been out of high school for 8 years and I dream of this guy laying in his coffin dead. He was my closest guy friend and I had a crush on him. A few months after high school he told me he also had a crush on me. We kissed, but that was it. But, now I always dream him dead. I saw him maybe 6 months ago and he is happily married with 2 children. What can this dream mean? Well, if dreams have meanings at all....

When you dream about death, you are really dreaming about going on a trip. (A dream analyst once told me that)

Dreams. like yours is often your inner self coming through.Your relationship with this guy was a crush that you feel really would have liked to see develope into a romance and never did and you do not know answers to what if??,, He is married etc , meaning in a dead end to this "crush"showing you have given up and he is "dead" meaning unavailable at the moment. Once you meet your next real love you will stop dreaming about him and stop wondering what if??? You accept the guy is gone from your life but you are hurting on the inside talking to someone about re-occurring dreams is always a option,,d

I am good with dreams. I guess the "crush" thing is the cause of these dreams. There is unfinished business there... and by the looks of this it will remain unfished since he is now married. I think seeing him dead is the image of how you feel inside about the whole situation. You feel as though you have lost him........ How to solve this, thats a mission lol. Atleast now you dont have to worry why you dream of him dead.......
Good thing: when you dream of someone dead it means they are still gonna be around for a long time. Dreams are tricky hey!!!!!

You should contact him, if possible. See if he's okay.
Dreams are usually just the mind's way of sorting things and filing through what's happened during the day, or week, or month! So you may have thought of him one day, for a fleeting second (if you don't think about something for too long, it just pops into your head, then flies out before you hardly know it's there, you often dream of it), and then heard something about a death...
I hope he's all right. Sometimes, I think we are granted dreams of what is about to happen, or is happening. Let's hope this isn't the case.

Dreams are mostly just your thots way, way back there in your head. You may not even realize you think about this....untill this starts happening.
I was married and kept dreaming about my previous boyfriend. They were also about bad things happening to him. It also was happening after I was married a few years. I couldn`t take it anymore, I had to call him up and explain why I was calling and get it out and over with.
Dreams never came back.
I think I felt guilty how things ended between us before I met my husband.

maybe u feel that you should have been with him then
maybe its you who should have make him kids
i thinks u want to change something, do u feel he is not happy now? Do u feel the need to meet him and be with him,settle down etc... if so then u r in love my dear but am sorry to say that you cant do anything because he now has a family and is a father as well as a husband. to feel better meet him with his family without creating any problem ,,,,

I think it means your feelings for him are dead or have to die since you have no chance of being with him at this point and time. I don't think it means he will pass on. Dreaming of death does not mean someone will die.

If i were you I would try to contact him and if you do get a hold of him just ask him how he is doing. I think dreams to have meanings, especially with images this strong. Don't let it worry you. Find out if he is okay.

I've read if you dream of someone dead they are getting married or are married. I find it interesting you brought up marriage in your question.
