Until about a few centuries ago, doomsdays and Anti-Christs were hand in glove. Modern man is much more sophisticated, flying fleets of Gulfstreams to see Al Gore get his 1/3 of a Nobel Prize.

There have been literally dozens of Anti-Christs throughout history. Everyone from Adolf Hitler to Ronald Reagan to Saddam Hussein has had that label hung on them. I wonder if the REAL Anti-Christ ever shows up if anyone will even know it? Dooms day prophecies? There are plenty of them too! I am not an expert on the subject, but just read an encyclopedia. Or Google search it.

Um, yes. The Anti-Christ and Christian apocalypse story is the newest one. Fingerprints of the Gods (awesome book) has some info along this line. So does 2012: Apocalypse. (Or was it Apocalypse:2012?) Doomsday and some entity-person as the harbinger thereof is old news.

I can only think of a few people I might call an antichrist - Hitler, Mussolini, Bill Gates, George W. -
but there's a doomsday prophet under every rock in every generation.
