In 100yrs people will be arguing over stupid crap like who knows the "truth", who is following the "real" god, and what is ethical and right based on their own beliefs; same as now. In 500yrs, it will be the same play, different players. Humans are competitive animals and will never give up their excuses to be right, better, or holier than others. Nothing will be solved, nothing will be gained, and noone will be any closer to "knowing" anything about spirituality, except what they understand in relation to themselves. This isn't necessarily a bad thing, just somewhat disappointing. The good point is that we will not be here to watch them make fools of themselves, as we are so free to watch ourselves now. Feel free to give your views, comments or whatever. I'll check back whenever.

We could encounter a race of silicon based octopoids with IQs in the millions and I would still bet there will be superstitious and religious among them...

BTW, I just got off the phone with Alvin and he says the Chipmunks agree with you.

What we are doing today(your questions based on knowledge and I try to answer to some extent) is to let people know something(0%) at that moment, and do not worry in the competitive times there would be qualitative explainations to make people understand. This world is goverened by not a stupid human but by ALMIGHTY and HE is never short of ways. HE is so polite and sober to let others find a path which only leads to HIM.

I think it's a bit different in the sense that a lot of what we argue about wasn't allowed 500 years ago. While yes we argue and try to assert that "our" view is the right one, in the 1500s and before, when one did that, he (women couldn't have opinions) was in grave danger of losing his head. So yes, I imagine humans will always be arguing, but hopefully the topics will change to things like what is the best way to feed the poor or take care of the environment.

properly the element approximately soreness is that it relatively is quite subjective. the element that will strengthen the sensation of soreness greater effective than something is concern. fairly some the time in case you're actually not suspecting soreness and you get hit, it does not injury too badly, yet once you're responsive to drawing close soreness then you certainly experience it greater heavily. you need to anticipate that the image of the Virgin Mary acted as a chilled effect on Christians and so helped them channel their soreness, the atheists image needless to say did no longer have as valuable consequence. i assume you may desire to declare it shows that faith could have a chilled consequence on people in stressful situations.

I agree with one thing, for as long as we are here, there will be disagreements about religion. But as far as knowing spirituality as I understand it in relation to my self, is right. No one can know some one else's relationship with God. People can say that I don't really have a real relationship, but that is just their opinion. I know what God has done for me. And I know my relationship with God is real. So I don't apologize for saying it. It may also be disappointing to you. But I am the one who has to be concerned with my own relationship with God, and I don't worry what others may think of it. You are entitled to your opinion. You may say I am making a fool of myself, but again, that is just your opinion, and it is not important to me that you think so. But I respect your right to think what ever you want to. Have a nice night.

I think that even in 100 years, religious following will start to wither, as technology allows people to see the opinions of others, eventually leading to the realization of how absurd religion truly is. For those who have already gotten there, we can sit back and enjoy I guess.

Nah... logic will eventually prevail. Its kind of inevitable- we update our lifestyles as we move along and learn more. Its how we continue to survive as a species... unfortunately we have to get that far yet.

False prophets are everywhere I see.

No, this is the generation of the fig tree.

Mat 24:32 Now learn a parable of the fig tree; When his branch is yet tender, and putteth forth leaves, ye know that summer is nigh:
Mat 24:33 So likewise ye, when ye shall see all these things, know that it is near, even at the doors.
Mat 24:34 Verily I say unto you, This generation shall not pass, till all these things be fulfilled.

The generation of the fig tree started May 15, 1948.
