Mainly because pagans are largely anti-preaching.
The main reason revivals are so effective is because they throw people into heightened states of consciousness which are interpreted as being "touched by God". It's the same general concept as an initiatory experience. In that state of mind the person is much more suggestible, and the messages the preacher is conveying are much more likely to stick.
Pagans have initiations, but in that case, everything's out in the open and the initiate knows that she's about to have a change performed on hir. Revivals sometimes remind me of brainwashing, honestly. You're not told exactly what to expect except that "Jesus will touch you".

We do not have the need to try to convert people, it is free will. If you choose to take a pagan path, so be it. I also have no need to try to promote it just to bolster my own convictions, I have no doubts. I think Christian revivals are as much to convince themselves as to convince others that they should believe the same thing.

Where I live, there are public Pagan festivals held for Beltain and Samhain. Cops have never been a problem, actually they help out by making sure people are safe.

Because Witches are born, not made. You either are, or you aren't - the last thing we need is a bunch of people who don't understand what we're about jumping in and making us look bad. The people who should be with us find us eventually, and the rest aren't really of any interest. We don't recruit.

That is part of it. Mainly though it is because there are so many differnt denominations of Paganism, and such divergent views that such a gathering for the usual purpose that those revivals are for would be counter productive.

Because we believe that when a person is ready to study, educate themselves, and/or ask for a teacher on beliefs, they will freely do so.
If they believe that their religious beliefs are right for their lives, that is fine.
I, for one, kept searching and searching, and questioning and questioning, until I was finally satisfied.
Each person has to become responsible for their own lives and beliefs or lack of them. It is not up to us to proselytize. But, we are here to teach if anyone so wishes to learn.

Possibly because we have the abiltiy to actually have rational discussions about our religious beliefs without the need to work ourselves into a frenzy to "prove" how devout we are.....
