My question is...... Is it alright for a 21 year old guy to go out with a 17 year old girl?

heres the thing.. cuz i went through it also.. did she just turn 17 or is she gonna be turning 18? is she mature for her age? an does her parents like you?.. these are questions u have to ask urself, in my perosnal opinion, if u like the girl and she likes you, then go for it whhhy not.. shes gonna turn 18 in whatever months and u'll be fine. if her parents like u then u have nothing to worry about. technically shes not really a minor, cuz now adays they 17 years old is considered a adult. i would go for it, u wont get into trouble, and i'm sure she really likes you cuz ur older, and girls love dating older guys. so go for it.. hope i helped

no, because the girl is 17 year old. I would wait until she turns 18.

dude..there are so many things that go into this
who cares what anyone else thinks?
all that matter is what you and her think
as long as youre mature, shes mature..and you like eachother, and dont do anything stupid whats the problem?
it may seem a tad weird if shes in high school
but i know a guy and a girl
the girls a freshman in college..and the guy's 24..they're really happy
as long as you act responsibly..remember you're 21..make good decisions

Legally no, but its no different than a 30 year old dating a 26 year old, its just earlier in age, but I dont see a problem besides legal ones

If you are having sex, then it is wrong and it is illegal. If you aren't having sex, however, and are just dating, there is nothing wrong with it and there is absolutely nothing illegal about it. So unless you are having sex, don't listen to all these people saying it's illegal and you'll go to jail.
