is there a way i can install the factory navigation system into a 2006 nissan maxima. how much would i expect to pay?

^^^^^ I agree, the factory system comes with a dvd player under the passenger seat that has the map disc in it. I too would recommend an aftermarket system, if you really want the touch screen nav. panasonic makes one that fits nicely in the maximas dash.

Your car does not have the necessary DVD player or the wiring and full color screen. I just reccomend using TOM TOM or Garman units you can transfer car to car.
