Try a fruit smoothie. They are easy and quick to make. Cut different fruits (what ever you like fresh or frozen will due) put into a blender add fruit juice (what ever flavor juice you like) to 3/4 as much as you have fruit into the blender and blend well.
I personally love to cut fruit up and freeze it for later use. This also makes for a thicker smoothie and cuts out the need for ice to thicken it up. If you do this I'd suggest using a blender that has at least 500 watt motor. 600 watts is preferable for frozen fruits.
You can add what ever you like to this such as fruit yogurt or frozen yogurt for a more creamy smoothie.
Beats the H E L L out of beer and pizza.
