Yes, I very much believe in God.
Why?
1. I had a brain aneurysm when I was 21. The doctors said I would be blind and paralysed on my left side. Six days later I walked out of the hospital with no problems other than migraines and absence seizures. That was because of God.
2. I have died twice in my life and have had no residual effects.
3. I have been a bisexual male and practiced unsafe sex until I was 28 with over 30 male partners and never cought any diseases. I am married now and have two children. God was watching over me and protecting me.
4. I had a criminal past that has been cleared. Where it went I have no idea. I should be able to have the career I do, but God made it possible.
5. I read the Bible, I worship in music and He has changed my heart from hate, bitterness, and coldness to where I now have compassion for the sick, I can love the hurting, and I give to those who need.
Yes, I know my God is real. Jesus died for me. Oh yes, I know he is real and I don't need anyone to tell me that He is real and that I'm a fool for believing in Jesus. I don't care what others think.
I love my Lord and I will serve him till the day I die.

Yes I believe in God, I was shown His Son's sacrifice for me in a dream.
I saw the wounds in His hands (wrists) because I had a problem with the concept taught in Church about the palms of His hands holding Him on the cross. I was shown how God through His Son created man in His image, and the wrist & how it was shaped with just enough space between the bones to have a nail put in it, without braking a bone.
Then I figured out about the ankles that it was fashioned in the same way, because He was the Lamb of God crucified from the roundation of the earth it all came together, now I will follow Him forever.

I will go with ihavesee... When ever I feel nobody can help me out, when ever I am scared first thing comes is God. I pray to Him. Some times I even beg Him to grant me. When ever I pray to God I fell very light hearted and I have so confidence in Him that I believe my prayers will be answered and already some are answered by Him.

yes! I believe in God!! He is the ONLY thing that is real in this world, He is loving, kind, protective, forgiving, merciful, just, gracious, slow to anger, and abundant in goodness and truth!!! He NEVER lies, never changes, he is NO respecter of persons, he does'nt trick us, He can be soley and utterly depended on, to those who put their trust in Him, and search for Him with all their heart, mind and soul, and who try to the best of their ability, to love other people, as they love themselves. God has NEVER, EVER, let me down, not once!! I have, with Him, many a time in the past, and still make mistakes even now, but I know if I am honest before Him, humble and speak with Him truthfully, then he will never ever leave me, never!!! There are times, that he will rebuke me, teach me better ways of doing things, and I am so thankful for that....to think that He cares so much about me, that He's prepared to work with me, to rub off those unsightly rough edges, so as gradually, hopefully, He will see a reflection of His own character in my life, my personality and etc. God has a wonderful plan with mankind, with this earth, and I sure want to be a part of that!! http://www.bibleed.com.au

No. The main reason is that the notion of god does not change anything, for better or worse, in anyone's life (including the lives of believers, even though they don't understand that fact).
There are other reasons also: No evidence. Not a logical conclusion from any set of premeses.
The concept of god is a great confusion. So it's best to operate without it.

I do not.
I believe that the question of whether any God exists is the most irrelevant question a person can ask. What matters is how people treat each other while they're here on this plane of existence, regardless of the potential existence of any other.
Beyond that, everyone's belief about the existence of higher powers is a matter of choice based on evidence collected. The overwhelming evidence has persuaded me that a God does not exist as most people seem to envision.

I believe there is a higher power but that it is not necessarily the Christian God.

Yes, I believe in God. He's my Creator and the One who gives reason to my life. I believe in him because I have faith. My faith and trust in Him is at the root of my conviction.
