my hands after haveing a smoke at work. I work in a cafe and had a smoke out back put water and rinsed them but got the sack for not useing soap.

can i claim anything cause its not like i used the toilet

You can be fired for smoking and not washing your hands - its federal law.....

You had something in your hands that was in your mouth and youre serving food.......think about it....Thats why you were fired.
