5 cups of chicken broth (bouillon cubes are cheap)

2 cups of V8 juice

1 onion, chopped

1 clove garlic, chopped

Bring to a boil. Add 1 tsp of any herbs you like such as thyme, oregano, taco seasoning, etc

Add 2 c white rice, cook 20 minutes.

Add:
1 can of black beans, drained
1 can of corn, mostly drained
1 can diced tomatoes, drained
1 can of green beans, drained

Stir well, remove from heat, cover and let stand 5 minutes.

Add shredded cheese on top if you have any.

Makes enough to serve 6 hungry people and costs less than $8 to make. And it's delicious.
Best of luck!

Spaghetti is always fast and cheap. Pasta, sauce, and ground beef.

Or, another fast cheap recipe I like is meatballs and gravy over white rice. Weird, I know, but it's super filling and tasty for like, 6 dollars, lol.
