Yes, he's a repeat offender AND there was a gun charge involved when he was out on probation. He was a very troubled young man. He seems to have turned it around. I'm glad. He's a tremendous actor.

You get more jail time with enough drug possession than with raping or murdering. You can thank politicians who want to appear "tough" despite living sheltered biscuit lives for this.

Because he was a habitual abuser, if it wasn't drugs, it was alcohol. And he didn't care, like most celebrities, he's going to do what ever he wants to do. And everyone else can never mind!

HAVE YOU FOLLOWED HIS CAREER OF ARRESTS, BRUSHES WITH THE LAW, PROBATION, PAROLE, SENTENCING SHORTENED?
