The bible 'is' a man-made, non-divine set of earlier texts, by many writers and from many earlier civilisations, put together by men long ago, who did 'not' understand Life, The World and Universe!!
These 'are' the 'only' FACTS concerning the bible!!

I believe yes because if one isn't Born Again, they won't have the Holy Spirit, who inspired men to write the Bible, to help teach a person to understand God's Word properly.

Yes.
I've seen atheists say they've read the Bible and Christians claim it and they come to completely different conclusions. Reading comprehension seems to be a factor.

very true.
you can even memorize it and quote it and still not believe what it says.
it's true for any book.
but if you try to do the things that are in the book....wow! will your life be changed.
