If you had a person who was a conjoined siemses twin, and one is saved and the other not, how does that work when the rapture comes?

Im sure he could perform the seperation, if that's what he chose to do.

God is all knowing and all powerful. I am sure He could work out the separation if necessary. When we are raptured we will have our glorified bodies, with no blemishes or imperfections. Since conjoined Siamese twins are not a natural phenomenon, then at the rapture each twin will receive a new glorified, separate body.
