Maybe mentally challenged people just can't discern between imbeciles who really don't deserve to be insulted, and vincibly ignorant fools.

Pride is the real problem. This is what caused lucifer or satan to be kicked out of heaven and to be the ruler on the earth. That was until Jesus came. Right now things are so messed up because the earth is under two rules. God's and Satan's. Pride is what keeps people from forgiving. Anger and bitterness is what stops people from forgiving. Not their mental status. We are all mentally challenged to the degree that we can allow ourselves to be molded into a loving person.
