Most companies will recognize:

New Year's day
Memorial day
4th of July
Labor Day
Thanksgiving
Day after Thanksgiving
Christmas

Check with them for a specific list of holidays to see what they are offereing. Most companies give either 9 or 10 holidays a year now.

Well, you are missing giving 5 or 6 days notice, as you cannot be on a 7 day week, so you would still be owed almost 2 or 3 days worth. But it all depends whether you actually mutually agreed you should leave at once (it sounds like you did) in which case all outstanding holidays should be paid (i.e. are due to you). Unless you insisted you left and he disagreed, then you are due untaken holiday pay. Better luck at the next job.

New years, Labor Day, Memorial Day, Two days at Christmas, and two at Thanksgiving, and the fourth of july.

Those are the typical holidays.

I believe you get to choose which 7 holidays. I don't know you'll have to ask HR. That stinks because I work at a bank and get all federal holidays off with pay.

new year day
memorial day
fourth of july
labor day
thanksgiving
christmas day

the last one is probably not an eve because they would then give you both christmas and new years eve. so it is probably king day, or possibly easter season such as good friday.
