First I would ask if the woman kept the likeness of a tornado, or did the tornado take the characteristics of a woman??

If the tornado morphed into a vengeful woman who was after you, then I would guess you feel like a girl in your life is after something you have... you feel pressure to meet her expectations or you feel like she wants you to do something you are not comfortable with.

If the tornado calmed and took on the likeness of beauty & stopped chasing you, then I would think your brain is trying to tell you to relax. It is trying to tell you that what ever you think is after you is really something you would not mind having around.

Without more details... my first reaction was to say that a woman is putting a lot of pressure of you. You feel like she has alterior motives... she can be sweet and pretty, but behind your back she is plotting something you consider distructive. I would imagine this is a dream a man would have if he felt like a girl was trying to trap him into marriage or children.
