Does your dentist know this? You may be showing signs of early peridontal disease. You also could have too stiff of bristles on your toothbrush - your may need to purchase one with softer bristles. You should also be flossing twice a day along with brushing which will toughen the gums between your teeth. If you have not been to a dentist in the pas 6 months, it's time for a check up.

Gargle with warm water and salt to harden the gum to stop the gum (not teeth) from bleeding until you can see the dentist.
Dont have one? 1-800-DENTIST and do it ASAP.

Your "gums" always bleed-----------It probably because of your diet. If you can't start eating healthier, take a multiple vitamin every day........At least you'll find out if that's the problem.
(It probably is)

Go see your dentist ASAP. You should have told him about this when you had your last 6 month checkup.
