Can I cook cornbread in a foil pan?

sonia --- you can bake cornbread in a foil pan but may I suggest that after you grease the pan you sprinkle the bottom lightly with cornmeal this will help the bread from sticking to the bottom.Other wise it is likely to stick to the bottom.
