I am pretty comfortable in my buick roadmaster. My boss is taller, he swears by his ford explorer. Most American SUVs and Luxury cars should be good for you. Forget about Japanese compacts.

the lincoln town car and mercury grand marquis have the most leg room in their class ( full-size lusury cars). The only things that may have more leg roomthan them would be full size suv's. The Cadillac DTS also has lots of legroom and if your lucky you can find a 1996 Cadillac Fleetwood which was the largest car ever produced by GM.

i know this is in the Toyota section but one of my teachers in 7th grade was about 6'7" or so and he said a good car for tall people is the PTcruiser. It was the only one he fit in. Im not much of a car guy so that's all i have to say about that. Sorry i wasn't much help.

The Scion xB has a lot of room though you would not believe it just looking at it. Newest model has softer lines and is a bit longer for a better ride. also a substantial increase in horsepower which dropped the MPG down to upper 20's. And they are inexpensive!

Vans, the vibe, and most trucks. I've heard the VW passat,
and Olds Intrigue can allow a tall person to sit comfortably.
(Also the Toyota Sienna)

Toyota Echo/Yaris, Toyota Corolla, and Scion XB. Check them out you'll be surprised. I'm 6'3" and I fit in each of them quite nicely.

^ ... Not so much.. both head an leg room are key. Being 6', i know how you feel..
if you are looking for head and leg room, i would go with a corolla, pretty spacious in both height and length.
