The Empire State Building at 1,205 feet is once again the tallest building in New York, since the Twin Towers came down.

It was built in 1931 and has 102 stories.

The Empire State Building is the tallest in New York City.

If you're planning to visit, they operate an observation deck that gives unparalleled views of the city. I'd recommend going late in the evening (it's open late on Friday and Saturday), as it will be far less crowded then.

Happy Travels!
